These terms form the agreement between you and AutoPick Labs when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. By creating an account you confirm that you accept them.

1. What AutoPick Labs provides

AutoPick Labs is a software-as-a-service platform. A subscription gives you access to software tools that analyse historical lottery data, research number combinations, provide AI-assisted insights and allow you to track your personal selections and results.

• Historical draw databases for UK Lotto, EuroMillions and Powerball.
• Statistical analysis: frequency, gaps, pairings, structure and combination research.
• AI-assisted research summaries, explanations and personal insight reports.
• Dashboards for tracking selections you have recorded and their outcomes.

2. Important limitation

AutoPick Labs does not predict lottery outcomes, guarantee winnings or influence official lottery draws. Lottery results remain random.

AutoPick Labs is not a lottery operator, ticket seller, gambling service or betting intermediary. We never sell tickets, take stakes, hold funds or pay prizes. Any tickets you choose to buy are purchased from the official lottery operator in your country, entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or over. We verify date of birth at registration.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, resell or transfer access.
• You may not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data or outputs, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

• Free — £0. UK Lotto research, results, number checker, ticket tracking and basic AI assistant access. No payment details required.
• Premium — £9.99 per year. All supported lotteries and the full research intelligence layer. Billed annually in advance and renews automatically each year at the then-current price until cancelled.
• Founder Access — £49.99 one-time. A single payment giving lifetime Premium access. It never renews and there is nothing further to pay.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK VAT. Payments are processed by our payment provider; AutoPick Labs never stores your card details. We will give reasonable notice by email before any change to renewal pricing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your account, or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan and your data remains available under that plan.

6. Refunds

AutoPick Labs does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. Because access to the software is provided immediately on purchase, you agree that the service begins at once and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory cancellation period once access has been provided. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell subscribers by email.

8. Liability

The platform is provided for research and informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPick Labs is not liable for money spent on lottery tickets, for outcomes of any lottery draw, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform or fail age verification. You may close your account at any time via the contact form.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. See also our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play statement.
